i am afraid that this newly found company will buy (integrate) HISU into their group. we basically get bought out at the same price we are currently at...and receive restricted shares in lieu of ours.
this does explain a few things...why we get absolutely no communication (he's not there and busy with other projects),
no sales (the boss is not around to push the workforce-2 people), and why we exist (fund other operations)...

i hope none of this is true.
