I guess you missed my post on the matter ?
The only R/S that I've ever seen work out for
the shareholder is one that is used to maintain
a position on an exchange or to GET onto that
exchange. In fact, MANY of the bb stocks, MOST
of the ones I've had, that moved up to the
bigger boards did it with a R/S.
R/S is only ALWAYS bad in the Pinks and to some
extent the BB's too. Only because the rules allow
them to churn their share structure with S1/2/3's.
Only to follow up THAT delusion with ANOTHER R/S.
This one is a little different...it's already on
the Naz and tryin to stay there.
The HUGE upside with a R/S here is that it will
force a HUGE short covering, or could.
THAT is the risk, obviously.
If they fail to stay listed and fall back to the
swamp...well...it's to late on Friday to think about
it.
