They've been on the Regsho list for a while...
The Bid / Ask play seem to give me that impression, everytime the ask got hit they dropped it.
That said, I'm not opposed to the notion of insiders selling...as well as the shorting.
Some heavy handiwork has drove this down from $1.20 to 9c since Dec.

Just a small spec. position here, playing the walk down game along with them.
