Company to Provide Consulting Services to Rollout Global Link's Business Plan
CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 2003--U.S. Microbics Inc. (OTCBB:BUGS - News) announced today that its subsidiary, USM Capital Group Inc. (UCGI) has entered into a financial services contract valued over $200,000 with Global Links Corp. (OTCBB: GBLL - News) to provide strategic consulting services, capital formation and special projects to help Global rollout its business plan.
Mr. Frank Dobrucki , president and chief executive officer of Global said, "UCGI will help focus our implementation efforts for our wholly owned subsidiary, Capitol Group Holdings Corp., and move forward the development of its senior housing project in Kingman , Ariz. This project currently has 1,000 residential lots which will offer Energy Star® homes to seniors ranging in price from $69,900 to $89,900. We feel that the senior housing market will be the single fastest growth segment of the real estate development community. There is a strong need for high quality, efficient and affordable housing and we plan to meet this need."
