I don't recall any 3 week time scheme...

Although you are correct, the pps has remained relatively unchanged and volume is lacking. But as I said, I don't recall a time scheme that I placed on NNSR moving up. This is chump change and if it comes thru then it does. If not oh well. Anyone who thinks that these sub-pennies shoot up over night is playing in the wrong ball park.
