In an interview link on their web page, S2C claims to have a patent application on file. I looked for evidence of it on the USPTO website, but so far have been unable to verify. I have mainly used the Assignee Name search. Patent applications are typically not published for 18 months after the filing date.

According to their China press release, bottle size is to be 10 and 20 liters. These are big bottles, not the type you would carry around.
