Not too surprised about another delay since all banks are pretty cautionary on how they lend these days. I will be content if they do close the loan next week, but I won't keep my hopes high on that one, since we know how their timeline is always wrong.

On another note I think its somewhat positive they update shareholders frequently. Unless they are that stupid to build more promises that they can't follow through on, and allow those who want to sue to have more evidence. If you think about that portion it would be very idiotic to have more mounting evidence of broken promises. Then again you never know these days. Just have to check your own gut on that one.
