DJRT - thanks for the reminder...

looks like good buy here. will have to redo DD since haven't looked at in a while.

The PIPE financing looks OK for those kinds of deals - not bad and like that they clearly lay out what they plan to do with it.
Remember that always wished revenue was higher.
