In a nutshell what they are telling you is that if you want your 5-15 bucks back you will have to get a lawyer and do it yourself.lol Same thing they told me on several other issues. I doubt any securities lawyers will take that. They wouldnt even take mine when it was a 2k loss and a 600 loss. Have to go to mediation at the courts or the BBB.
