You have to realise that the scam is not that aurus is not a registered company, neither is it that aurus has no assets. The scam is that the assets cannot be mined or productive to give you the profits that have been pr'ed. The scam is that there is no profitable production (if there is gold production, why the need to file REGDEX to pay salaries). The scam is that you were lured to buy shares on the pretense that there is a buyout at 0.55, but there is no buyout (8 months down the line, where is the buyout - all you have are excuses).
The scam is that you were told that aurus would uplist to higher exchanges and trade on the Frankfurt Exchange over 12 months ago - This lured you to buy shares which you hoped will have better exposure and therefore increase in value, but you were scammed. It didn't happen.
The scam is that they pr'ed that they will pay out dividend because their operations have generated lots of profits. When you heard profits and dividends, you thought it would be cash, alas you were given worthless shares which has now lost over two-thirds of their value in less than 6 months.
I can go on an on, but the scam is that you are constantly being lied to and you so taking in by it that you even make excuses for them. This is the ultimate scam, when you make excuses for the scammers, its like you're begging to be scammed some more.
