Proof that this is a scam- You were told there is a buyout, 8 months down the line you're still waiting, holding the shares Mr D and associates dumped on you.
The fact that there is no buyout but excuses upon excuses tells me its a scam. I will admit that I'm wrong if the buyout happens. But you know it will never happen. Only in dreams.
