MarketCap(Assets) divided by Outstanding shares = PPS.

PS...if you can get the debt load ya can subtract that
from the Assets but no matter what you do...you only get
a ball park figure...it's very difficult to track delusion.
Delusion is the whole ball game in this swamp...lots of other
dangerous creatures too...but delusion has the biggest teeth.
