It's a gem for sure, I got in a little high on it and wish I would've waited but you never know how it's going to play out til it is done. My only concern is the lower volume, however that is usually the case with most AMEX stocks. ITI only has 33 million shares outstanding to begin with and that slows it down a bit, especially when many holding it are waiting for the gains.

13% of shares held by insiders
43% of shares held by institutionals and mutual funds

That doesn't leave many shares out there. It will just take it a bit longer but I believe it will get there.
