I spoke with someone the other day who participated in the last offering. The justification for the $2 price (and the warrent) was that that is what the investors were willing to pay for one restaurant. You could also say the market is saying one restaurant is worth around $1.35. One 3500 square foot restaurant in a not-so-great location that is.

We could argue that opening a 2nd should double the price - maybe more since it will be larger. The 3rd should then result in triple the price from here.

Seems logical that we could get back up into the $4 or $5 range by early summer.
