It should be easy for Tom to call his friends @ Cornell and ask them to stop converting these CDs for little while so that this stock could breathe for a short time if he really cares about his shareholders,

Please just do not start arguing with me (especially, you old man , soapy). I know what I am saying and I know Tom could stop this bleeding for one or two months if he wants. If he is smart enough, he should plan in a way to increase the share value to 0.1 so that he could attract more real investors and not flippers like us,lol.
