I'm not sure if it was widespread or isolated but I had problems with Scottrade today. Almost all afternoon my quotes would freeze for about 30 seconds to a minute at a time. I'm pretty sure it wasn't an internet connection problem as stockcharts and everything else kept going without any problems.

I know at this point I am wide open for any ideas on who has the better service for the money.
