I remember RCO. That stock made the news again recently re: abusive PIPE deals. There was a court ruling that overturned what some other court called abuse (shorting the paper).

It did a reverse, ran up to like 2 bucks, then went BK.

They don't all flame out in a blaze of glory, but many do.
