Just one correction in your post to point out. In the Go-To-Market Model there are

Host Services and

Cellular Service Providers.

I believe Digital Rum can fulfill a role as a Host Service, but I still expect Neom to name more especially in the USA, according to a line from the same PR:

NeoMedia is now in the final stages of naming Click Management Services partners in the U.S.A. and Europe, as well hosting service partners, he said.
