Enters New Phase of Its Relationship With Industry Leader BLACK&DECKER

Wednesday, January 30 2008 12:17 PM, EST Market Wire "US Press Releases "NORTH WILKESBORO, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/30/08 -- Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH), through its wholly owned subsidiary D&D Displays, Inc. , enters a new phase of its relationship with industry leader BLACK&DECKER.
According to J.D. Brown, Chairman and CEO of Expo Holdings, Inc. , "We are pleased to provide prototypes at BLACK&DECKER'S request for home-center displays. Typically the prototype phase is one of the final phases before a contract is awarded. This is a great opportunity, and we are pleased to serve BLACK&DECKER."
Additionally, J.D. stated, "Traditionally, short-term downturns in the general economy tend to be beneficial for D&D Displays. As retailers scramble to bring in more customers and take the dwindling market from their competitors, they typically spend more money on enhancing store environment. D&D is uniquely positioned to fill this demand. Recent orders and forecasts from our customers further support this trend. I would like to invite any interested shareholders to tour our facilities. Please contact Sandra Hill at 336-667-8765 for your appointment."
Expo Holdings operates in North Wilkesboro, NC. D&D Displays is a wholly owned subsidiary of Expo Holdings , which specializes in custom cabinetry and high end store fixtures for retail vendors such as Newell-Rubbermaid, Inc. , Bosch Tool Corporation , Kronotex, USA , and S&K Men's Wear. D&D Displays has been in operation since 2000 and joined Expo Holdings in 2006.
