TATTF- just to bring out a potential wart on TATTF and potential reason MAYBE why it is trading so cheap,
I now have a potential thesis on TATTF-

Once upon a time (LOL)... There was a company called Chaparral resources (CHAR.OB). They were majority owned by Nelson Resources, a semi-friendly parent company.

Then Pukoil (LUKOIL) bought Nelson Resources for a value UNDER what the then current value was for Nelson and did so by conning the heavy insider owners to sell their entire interest below market values (cashed them out basically so they could all happily retire). Nelson shareholders got screwed.

Now it doesn't look so pretty for CHAR.OB. Their friendly parent has now turned into a hoarding and thieving 800 pound monster (IMO only!). LUK comes in and slaps CHAR.OB around by pushing down the price, scaring investors out in the wake, replacing management, halting driling, etc (some of you remeber that, right?)...
Then, after CHAR.OB loses a big portion of their value, Pukoil comes in and says 'Guess what, we own a majority of shares so we're gonna buy out all the shares. Take it or leave it. But we're voting to take under this comapny at this (%#&#!) price and we have a majority of shares so you have no say in the vote to accept this lowball price'.
So CHAR.OB tanks a bit more, some littlefish US investors scream and holler in terror and run to their securities lawyers saying 'this isn't fair! It can't be! The LUK valuation is ridiculously low!'.
And the US lawyers say, 'you're right don't worry. The price is too low so let's hire an outside firm to estimate fair value for CHAR'. Months later, LUK porves to be too strong and wins out getting a big cashflow positive oil producing field in Kazakhstan for pennies on the dollar. And sharehodlers get pennies on the dollar for CHAR's real value.

Now, Isal (the recent buyer of the insiders shares to gain control of company) may not at all do the same to TATTF. But they could. And just wanted to float the thesis to see if it has merit or maybe I'm off.

Good luck.

PS- AYSI is majority owned by one person! Ack, LOL. Keep those thieving hoarding monsters away from Gene!

BTW- LIMC would probably resemble CHAR more than TATTF but TATTF obviously owns a lot of LIMC so it could potnetially hurt both entities. Then again, maybe Isal will be friendly and let things be well with the world. In which case all the longs are right and TATTF is cheap. I just am not gonna take that risk again myself wihtout knowing Isal's intentions.
