If they announce that the commons will be canceled, no one is going to buy your shares from you. They don't have to issue warrants, or do anything else for the old shareholders. If there was anything safe about this play, we wouldn't be trading at ten cents. Still, I like our chances here, but people shouldn't buy in without understanding the risk involved.
