I'm not confused, which I think is obvious from my last few posts.

Neom gave us a PR for Cannes and CeBIT. If nothing has been formally finalized since then, what would you have Neom say that isn't fluff.

We hoped for a Service Provider being named, because that is what we wanted to hear. My recent post, prior to CeBIT commencing, suggested that "launch" can happen without a signed deal with a Service Provider. I don't think any posted replies were made except by Donbalon. Let's talk about this.

Neom will tell us something when they can. I don't think the SEC is happy to see fluff PR's just because impatient shareholders want it.

I like to hear about more phone models and signed up Brand Managers. The Service Providers will follow.
Also a confirmation that the Nokia phones are being sold to the public with Paperclick already installed would be nice.
I want Neom to finalize BSDS and reveal more of that business plan once they secure the deal.
I like to hear of a play with CSI in general, as well as Dupont.
The law suits can not be discussed until there is something definitive.
SST and SRP are over due.
Neom should name their Hosting Service Providers.
And of course a lucrative licensing deal would be nice.

When Klon and I post that we are looking at 3d Q 2004 it's for a reason.
We are still in 1st Q 2004.

One last point: Making a deal with Cornell for millions up front should tell you a lot.

I have been saying for the last six months to be patient for good reasons and they have become even clearer to me as I learn more about what really has to be accomplished. It takes time to develop a real business plan of this nature.

Neom can't make the hardware tech (camera lenses and fast Internet access) move any faster, even though Paperclick is critically dependant upon it. I didn't know a few months ago about the zoom lens requirement. That is the biggest reason for why we can't move any faster. But they are positioning themselves to take advantage of it as soon as it is available!

If you stop to think about what this small company has been involved in accomplishing since September, you will realize they have been working overtime!

They have lined up various players/components for a European marketplace. They are doing the same for North America.

They have settled old debts and have arranged for financing to see their plans through.

They are in the process of acquiring their third company.

The are defending their IP and asserting their claim in the space. (I don't see Airclic or Scanbuy at CeBIT.)

I'm sure we will be getting some news soon since the last PR was almost a month ago. Just don't think Neom can create news that doesn't yet exist to please its' shareholders.

Looking forward to the future as the excitement compounds the further down the road we go.
