seriously Gilee, this is one of the BEST penny stock i have come across in years. The only thing it needs is more exposure from the investment community and we'll be at 20-30 cents in NO TIME. We got SERIOUS players backing the company and the best has yet to come....PCLI could be our LIFE-CHANGER stock :))
