this news of 2 million in reserves could be a windfall for cgld, if all the accumulated deficit or the majority of it went towards the mine and mining costs of the concessions containing the 2 million in reserves.

if not, why would they announce it at this point in time, cgld mgmt has to think this is a very good thing.
