Figuring the PE ratio is fine let us not forget about the short position in this stock... I would think the short position is huge being that it has been on the threshold list for a VERY LONG time..Any short has to be nervous right now after reading that PR.. Also no brokerage house is going to get caught up in a fail to deliver situation as the laws are getting tougher.
