It run on my machine. I use the ssib now. You must do the introductions they have wrote on ssib page.

1.To download the current version of S-SIB™ to your computer click here.
2.Fill out the requested account information and email address for your software license.
3.Receive your software license via email. This should take just a few minutes.
4.Install S-SIB™. For detailed installation instructions, click here.
5.Ensure that Microsoft .Net framework (2.0) is installed. This can be downloaded through the windows update manager (custom section) or downloaded from here.
6.Enter your user name and password.
7.Begin surfing securely with S-SIB™.
