I think everybody thought the same thing at .0001 today:

So if you spend $5,000 today you get 50 million shares.

50 million shares will become:

50,000 shares of Monarch

50,000 shares of TLGP

Mgt (and the market) currently values TLGP at 70 cents.

50,000 times 70 cents = $35,000

So, $5,000 becomes $35,000 and you still own 50,000 shares of Monarch.

Such a deal!!!
