Sounds like the Bidding War concept. -dread>>

April 2, 2004 Press Release. "Torvec also announced that Nissan Diesel America and other companies are now reviewing Torvec's business plan for marketing its Full Terrain Vehicle." <<this must have been the year of the name change from FasTrack Vehicle to Full Terrain Vehicle. Personally, I always liked FasTrack better. -dread>>
