Call Sandgaard tomorrow and find out if this the same stock that is being held by the insiders of the shell merger company,, If so that stock must bought and held for one year before it is sold..If I remember 100.000 shares was @0.40 and the other 2,000,000 was at prices which ranged from $2.00 to $4.00..

I never brought it up before because I was trying to find out what I would have to pay for the Option to buy the restricted stock at 0.40 and hold it for a year before it could become registered.. I never made it to the cattle show in Denver this year so I cxl my time to see Sandgaard.. As for the 2,000,000 shares it is my understand it will also have to be bought at $2.00 to $4.00 and held for a year to be registered.. I don't think that will happen.. Sandgaard was approached by the shell group insiders to lower the purchase price and he told me his answer was no.. As I think this is the same stock as I spoke to him about I don't think there is a problem.. If there is actually 2,000,000 for sale I think in a few telephone calls by me and it could disappear.. hank
