What are you talking about? Maybe you need to set up a new fanasty board for that and we will use monopoly money just for that board.

I think we are growing farther apart on this issue my friend.

Why do you bring up that small investors have the right to voice their opinion just as well as large investors. Is that not just common sense? Yes I am a large shareholder, if that is your point. But I will tell you this, I have never once tried to influence management because I hold a large amount of shares. But I agree that you or any other shareholder are entitled to that though.

I JUST BELIEVE THAT THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF TORVEC ARE BEST LEFT TO THE MANAGEMENT, not the shareholders.

Again that is just my opinion.
