IMO yes. If you look at the 3d image a few posts back, you can see that the target label is on a high point of the sea bed, as are all of the labeled points. My guess is they will position the drill ship over the high point(s) and drill there because it is easier to drill in the ground than to have unsupported drill stem in the water. They will use the "hill" as a support casing for the primary hole, and then after they go below the lower bottoms they will go horizontal after multiple targets or horizons. I'm no expert, but the term horizon to me implies lateral, so I don't think they're talking about vertically stacked targets.
