Correct, Darrell was not mentioned in the litigation. It was very specific that it was Daryn. The real question is, where does that leave each entity? I am no lawyer, so do not ask me! The litigation against International Broadcasting Corp was a against the public entity. In essence, CPRK is now that part of the public entity. We need CPRK to come out with a public response as to how this could effect shareholders of the public entity imo.
