Can someone answer for me?
BLTA was founded in 1989. Why has it taken 18 years for this compny to get a bird in the air? I'm no aviation professional, but I would venture to bet that this is either an incredibaly complicated process, almost 20 years worth, (which I doubt), or this is the longest running scam in the history of the OB. Just IMO.
