Amen brother to what you say....its also funny that you should mention;

Try this....next time you are in a line at the grocery, start whistling or humming a well known christian song..say "Amazing Grace", not loud to be over barren, just kind of pleasant....see what happens.

Well...to my happiness, and im quite certain, the eye rollin of the ones that work around me...I often make a joyful noise at work or as I walk...be it singing or humming or a whistle. Fortunately for my co-workers, when im singing at work..its pretty noisy so they are spared the catter wallering somewhat! I dont try and be over bareing or loud but in my doing something and just thinking of nothing...really...I let it ring out sometimes...LOL...Im no Conway Twitty either you know..LOL...But I dont care.. it is what it is...

Anyway, the other day I was sitting at the break table and was eating my dinner and humming a old gospel tune a little louder than I maybe thought and this young kid walked by and stopped and he said...Thats "What a Friend we have in Jesus" your humming isnt it....So he sit down and we talked a spell. He works for one of the temporary services and we didnt say a lot about the Lord...I was just getting to know him. I dont know why but i guess I was just somewhat impressed that this kid knew that song and all the adults around me probably dont know its gospel hymns that I hum?
