International Broadcasting Corporation owns and operates StockTalkLIVE and Stock Information Systems, Inc. Since the planned acquisition of Copper King Mining was first announced, IBC has been re-evaluating its core business focus with the plan to become private. Copper King Mining Corporation will remain publicly traded.
