I rarely (if ever) play any otcbb's or pinks but this one stock just rubs me in the right way if that makes any sense..

I still take heed that a group of CSGH insiders bought tens of millions of shares last summer at .75 and still have not sold one share even through the runup to $2.50 in October.

And insiders only buy for one reason.

The p/e is now under 20 with Cobalt prices entering a bull run.
