News- (USNT) -- Great Success at Miami ITExpo Show; 3-for-1 Stock Split

MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 29, 2008 -- US National Telecom (Other OTC:USNT.PK - News), a rapidly growing VoIP telecom company, completed the largest expo show in the Company's history at ITexpo.com, in Miami, FL. The sales team for subsidiary Vitelity established many new global relationships and Vitelity is on track to increase 2008 sales by more than $200,000. The previously approved USNT 3-for-1 stock split effective date has been extended to February 1, 2008 based on the Company's legal advisors.

International termination is slated to contribute more than $200,000 in increased revenues this year for Vitelity. A new subsidiary, Packetrino was well received at the show, focused on VoIP and IP switching solutions which will be priced from under $20,000 to $84,750.

The Company envisions that its position as a wholesale carrier solutions provider will grow, and that this new subsidiary will allow it to establish itself in the high margin VoIP and IP software switching market.
