cd, you're right. Everyone's thinking maybe 1-3? weeks to finish off the conversions. Pressure will start building and folks will start buying. Most people probably think the debt is around 50-60K now probably. That's what I'm hoping (or less). Who knows , maybe Tom threw us a curve ball saying 100K while in actuality
we were at 20K?????? That would be a nice surprise. But the closer it gets to 0.00 people won't be able to hold back. Nobody wants to be the guy that missed the boat! Just like a real boat: A few people get on the boat early, then most get on with a little time to spare. Then you have a couple that jump on at the last second, and a few that miss the boat entirely. Oh yeah, several will miss the boat, but jump in the water and swim to catch up to get on the boat and miss part of the boat ride! lol.
