chunky, that's where we differ in opinion. The company barely has maybe $7 million in revenue at this point with no net profits or cash flow. The market cap should not be more than its revenue.
Second I always use the diluted sharecount for pennies, when calculating the "future" market cap. Because there is a 99.9% chance that the dilution will happen. If you just take the convertible debenture and preferred C shares, you come close to 2.5 billion shares which gives you a $ 20 million market cap right there. Now include the preferred B conversion and you are close to $100 million market cap at the current sp.
