OK, I'm back and caught up with all PMs.

Probably tommorrow, everybody will see 'IH Admin' in their favorites and on the Contact Us. PM that account for Admin issues. It shows up in an Admin Queue that is on top of all Admin's screens - you'll get the fastest response/reply that way.

Major, major improvement.

This will also keep people from sending out 3-4 copies of the same message to EACH admin. Drove me nuts.

When an Admin replies to the PM, it will be moved to that Admin's account, so any replies/dialog will happen with THAT Admin if it requires any further discussion.
