Two questions Blue:
1. How long have you been a shareholder?
2. Why do you say, "All management has left to talk about is negotiations?" Are you suggesting that you believe no more hardware is involved going forward? No further product modifications or product improvements? No further tire kicking by any companies that might have interest? Will they need to build 'prototypes' for "evaluation"? How long will those "evaluations" take? If the evaluation determines that further modifications are needed, are they still "just negotiating" as they start to re-design? Will re-designs need further evaluation and duratiblity testing?
In other words, do you believe that management could tell all staff to just take a vacation for the next X number of months because all they need going forward is a cell phone, a fax machine and an internet connection?
Do you really believe that?

Oh yeah, a third question: are you young enough to know what it means to be "dissed"? Hasn't the company been "totally dissed" by Big Auto on the IVT, or do you believe that too is just a matter of negotiation from this point forward?
