2) I told them they had no licenses to conduct that sort of business ( they already knew about it )

3) I told them about the connection to PNMS and the PDRex ( they already knew about it)

4) I told them about how theresa and terrell were offering and selling Unregistered securities out of dallas ( they didnt know about that and were unsure of their jurisdiction in those matters)
