I think it would be best to use barcodes for money transactions rather than RFID. The odds of someone snaping a picture of the barcode on you cell phone from a far away distance and then using it to access your account is low. On the other hand someone can easily record the RFID signal from a distance, go to another location and crack the security, and then access you account.
