Scorry you missed the point here. I don"t know where IM fits or ST either and frankly I don't care. The truth is that the current company was created on the backs of completely uninvolved and uninformed shareholders. Your classic Pink Sheet shell trick. The promoters and short sellers who played with the stock subsequently have had their own agendas.

I think that the company's business plan has merit but to rely on the current management team should go beyond all of this... take a break and have a look at credentials. If some of the core players have shown a lack of interest in protecting the shareholders of the company they bought why would you expect them to change their stripes now?
