I cannot pass this up if it upticks past .0025 resistance, because if it ever does run it'll do 5-10 bags. But i've been tracking this POS for well over a year and there is always massive dumping into ANY signs of life. 'ducks in a row' might apply to certain aspects of managament and operations but there is no, zilch, NONE concern for the shareholder here.
