I dont know anything about this stock or this technology, but that old PR from November is not an accurate reflection of the current share structure...

I just got a promotion email for this stock and in the disclaimer it clearly states that the promoter has been compensated 7.5 Million free trading shares of XYNG from the company.


Be careful out there...
