Universal Music Publishing Group and Brilliant Technologies Announce Qtrax™ Content Agreement

NEW YORK—November 20, 2006—Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) announced today a digital distribution licensing agreement with QTRAX (A division of Brilliant Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: BLLN), the first ad-supported legal peer to peer music network.
