Would they go to OTC market with present float ???? The price would stay exactly this same for OTC.

Also flactuating 2-5 cents price is to0 low even to talk about OTC. It would stay this same at OTC jumping 2-5 on lover volumes. (no financial credibility)

They need to buy back to .23 !!!! and start from there.
