You're right and I agree Tom is apparently much smarter than Fleming.

I couldn't believe when Fleming gagged the t/a way back when...did he forget that the o/s would be in his next filing or was he just trying to delay everyone finding out?

Gotta love their financials, cost of revenues always higher than the revs and that's before operating expenses....
