Why is AMD getting so much press on Fusion? Again, Intel seems pretty quiet about their plans. AMD has been touting Fusion ever since the ATI buyout and if Intel keeps this up, it will "again" be AMD's invention with Intel following... Has Intel announced any plans? Apparently, AMD is putting graphics cores on chip with CPU cores so the tri-core part next month follows the Fusion plan. From what has been written the on-chip core will provide high end graphics and work with a on-motherboard chip. From what I remember, Intel has promised 10X graphics performance on-chip. is that supposed to compete with AMD or beat it to market?
